If you would like to be considered as a contestant in the 2013 Miss Hawaii High
School America or Jr. High School America Divisions, kindly fill out the Online
Inquiry Form completely then click

Required (non-refundable) Participation Fees Include:
- Official Entry Registration Fee
$200 (non-refundable fee to secure your spot) [Check
or Money Order Payable to: Pageant Headquarters]
- Application Processing Fee (Official Registration Packet will detailed information, rules,
regulations and forms will be mailed or emailed upon receipt of parental approval
for 18 and under and receipt of payment due by November 30, 2012.
- Minimum Requirement of (2) Full Page Ads $250
each to be placed in the Souvenier Program Book
- Contestants will also be required to each sell 15 Pageant
Event Tickets @ $45 each (includes entry, dinner and a program book)
If you submit an Online Inquiry, a State Director will contact you to confirm participation
and answer any questions you may. Otherwise you may mail in your $50 (non-refundable)
